In January 2014 the most dramatic elements of the Affordable Care Act (the ACA or Obamacare) went into effect with additional changes, provisions and rules taking place in 2015 and 2016. With over 2000 pages of law and over 20,000 pages of rules regarding to how to enact the law, many of us will soon have to make decisions regarding our health insurance in a whole new way.
